TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

By registering for the Solvay Business Game, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 

1. Registration & Payment:

Once your payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to withdrawal from the competition, failure to attend, or personal scheduling conflicts.

2. Eligibility:

To participate in the Solvay Business Game, you must be a student between the 3rd year of a Bachelor's program and the 2nd year of a Master's program.

You confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate and up-to-date.

3. Code of Conduct:

By participating in the SBG, you agree to uphold a professional and respectful demeanor throughout the event, adhering to the competition's guidelines and treating other participants, organizers, and partners with respect.

4. Event Participation:

While full participation in the event is encouraged, it is not prohibited to miss one or more challenges due to personal scheduling conflicts. However, you must inform the organizers in advance if you will be unable to attend certain parts of the event.

Please note that the participation fee remains the same regardless of the number of challenges attended. 

The organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, format, or content due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Intellectual Property:

Any content or ideas generated during the competition may be subject to intellectual property agreements with the sponsoring companies or SBG organizers.

6. Media Consent:

By participating in the Solvay Business Game, you agree to allow the organizers to capture, store, and use photos, videos, and other media from the event for promotional purposes. This may include, but is not limited to, the use of your likeness on the SBG website, social media, or in promotional materials.

7. Privacy Policy:

All personal information collected during registration and pre-registration will be used solely for the purpose of organizing and managing the Solvay Business Game. By pre-registering, you consent to the use of the information you provided for event-related communications and organization.

Your data will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required for the execution of the event.

8. Liability:

The organizers of the Solvay Business Game are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the event. Participants are advised to take necessary precautions and ensure their own safety during the competition.
